Refund policy
At HiWish Gifts, we ensure that every order processed, brings 100% customer satisfaction. If in any case, you are not happy with your product, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. All issues will be dealt promptly. We believe that no issue is too big or too small that cannot be rectified.
Unfortunately, we do not accept "Change of Minds" returns for any product.
For Diaper cakes, we would like to discuss the issue first and if a fix is not possible, we would consider a partial/full refund based on individual circumstances (Please refer to our refund policy). Any customised product cannot be returned.
At our end, we would ensure that we manage the deliveries of our products in the best possible way. But in certain circumstances, it's not always possible and is beyond our control. We are open for discussion in those scenarios.
We would like to ascertain our customers that their satisfaction is our priority & we will look after them well.
We do not accept any returns for Chocolates or any other food items.
For all the other products, a return/refund will be given after discussing each case individually.
We have a 10 day return/refund policy, where you have 10 days from the day you receive your product, to open a discussion and return or get refund for your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at hiwishgifts@gmail.com. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
